Kindfit diapers are available in four sizes:

• M (Medium) — Waist 70–100 cm
• L (Large) — Waist 100–130 cm
• XL (Extra Large) — Waist 120–150 cm
• XXL (Double XL) — Waist 140–170 cm

Refer to the size chart on each product page for the best fit.

Measure the waist and hip circumference (whichever is larger) and match it to our size chart. If the measurement falls between two sizes, always choose the larger size for a better seal and leak protection. A proper fit should feel snug but not tight — you should be able to slide two fingers under the waistband.

Absolutely. Pack of 1 (10 pieces) options are available for all diaper types and sizes — so you can try before committing to a larger pack. We recommend starting with Pack of 1 if you are a first-time buyer to confirm the size and fit.

Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. A tracking link is sent via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

No. There is no minimum order quantity — you can order even a single pack. However, buying bulk packs (Pack of 2, 3, 4, or 6) gives you a significant discount per piece. Check the product pages for current pricing.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before dispatch. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but returns are accepted per our return policy.

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once initiated.

We sincerely apologize for any packing error. Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order details. We will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item and send the right product at no extra charge.

Yes. A digital invoice is automatically sent to your registered email after every purchase. For GST invoices (for business or medical reimbursement), please contact our support team with your GSTIN and order number. We will issue the GST invoice within 2 business days.

No hidden fees. The price at checkout is the final price you pay. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you confirm payment. All prices already include GST as per Indian tax regulations.

Store Kindfit products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them in their original packaging until use. Do not store in bathrooms or damp areas as moisture can affect absorption quality. Properly stored, unopened packs remain effective until the expiry date on the packaging.

To apply an open tape diaper: (1) Lay the user on their back and slide the diaper under them with the tabs at the back. (2) Bring the front panel up between the legs. (3) Secure the tapes from back to front, adjusting for a snug comfortable fit. (4) Make sure the leg gathers are tucked out to prevent side leaks. Tapes can be re-fastened to adjust the fit.

To prevent diaper rash: change every 3–4 hours and always after bowel movements; gently clean skin with a soft wet wipe; apply a thin barrier cream; allow skin to air-dry briefly before putting on a fresh diaper. Kindfit's breathable material also helps reduce heat buildup and irritation.

Roll the used diaper inward (soiled side in), secure it using the tabs, wrap in a disposal bag, and place in a covered waste bin. Do not flush diapers in toilets as they can cause blockages. For facilities generating regular waste, follow local municipal biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
