1. Return Policy — 7-Day Window

Kindfit offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period, subject to the eligibility criteria below.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

        The product must be completely unused and unopened

        The item must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging

        The product condition must be exactly as received — undamaged and unaltered

        A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

 

⚠️  IMPORTANT: Due to strict hygiene and health safety regulations, opened, used, or partially used adult diapers, pull-up pants, or underpads cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for your Kindfit product, please follow these steps:

1.      Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order

2.      Share your Order Number and reason for return

3.      Await confirmation and return instructions from our team

4.      Ship the item only after receiving written approval

⚠️  Returns sent without prior written approval from Kindfit will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please act immediately:

 

Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Product:

        Inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery

        Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package

        Email us at care@nellifecareproducts.com with your Order Number and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging

 

Our team will review your case promptly and provide a replacement or full refund based on the evaluation.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene compliance and consumer safety, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

        Opened or used adult diapers (tape-style or pull-up)

        Opened underpads or bed protection sheets

        Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price

        Customised or special-order products

        Products that have been tampered with or are missing original packaging

 

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping the item back.

 

5. Exchange Policy

Kindfit currently does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, variant, or product:

This ensures the fastest resolution and guarantees product availability for your replacement order.

 

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility:

        You will be notified via email regarding the return approval status

        Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

        For UPI, net banking, or card payments, your bank may take additional processing time

        If your refund has not been received after 15 business days from approval, please contact us immediately

 

⚠️  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a Kindfit error (damaged or incorrect product sent).
