1. Order Processing Time
All Kindfit orders are processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Government Public Holidays will be processed on the next working business day
• During festive seasons, sale events, or high-demand periods, processing time may extend slightly
• You will receive an order confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is processed and dispatched

3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed transparently at checkout before payment
• Free shipping may be available on select products or above a minimum order value
• Promotional free shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice
• Re-shipping charges apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts
4. Delivery Locations — Pan-India Shipping
Kindfit ships to all serviceable pin codes across India.
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune) — faster delivery
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, UP, and other states
• Rural and remote areas may require additional 2–3 business days beyond standard delivery time
• International shipping is not currently available
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our facility in Rajkot, Gujarat:
• A Tracking ID will be sent to your registered Email, SMS, or WhatsApp number
• Use the Tracking ID on the courier partner's website to monitor real-time delivery status
• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of order placement, contact us immediately

6. Delivery Delays
While Kindfit strives for timely delivery of all adult care products, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays:
• Natural calamities — floods, cyclones, or earthquakes
• Extreme weather conditions affecting logistics
• Government-imposed restrictions or curfews
• Strikes or courier service operational disruptions
• High-volume festive shipping seasons
Kindfit is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events. However, our support team will actively assist you in tracking and resolving the issue at the earliest.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Packages
We take packaging quality seriously. All Kindfit products are securely packed to maintain hygiene and product integrity during transit.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect order:
• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
• Email us at care@nellifecareproducts.com with your Order Number
• Attach clear photos of the outer packaging
• Share an unboxing video (if available — strongly recommended for faster resolution)
• Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
• Customer unavailable at the delivery address
• Incorrect or unreachable phone number
The courier will attempt re-delivery as per their policy. If the package is returned to our facility:
• Re-shipping charges will apply for sending the order again
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs
